Registration of the Capital Increase Today, as part of the implementation of the cash capital increase (ad hoc announcement of 17 November 2025 https://fox-em.com/newsfeed/adhoc/887958411/ ), the increase of the company’s share capital from EUR 732,893.00 to EUR 1,044,210.00 was registered in the Commercial Register.
