As at 31 March 2015 William Hill PLC had 881,339,453 issued ordinary shares of 10p each admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure of 881,339,453 may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, William Hill PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
