Total Voting Rights
The Company's issued share capital as at 31 October 2016 consisted of 887,207,539 ordinary shares of 10p each of which 19,454,425 ordinary shares were held in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of shares with full voting rights in the Company at the above date was 867,753,114 and this figure may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, William Hill PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
