William Hill PLC - Share repurchase programme
William Hill PLC (the "Company") announces that, in connection with the 12 month share buyback programme of up to £200 million which it announced on 26 February 2016, the Company has entered into a non-discretionary arrangement with Barclays Capital Securities Limited to purchase shares with a value of up to £60 million on the Company's behalf during the period starting on 4 March 2016 and ending no later than 14 July 2016 (the "Period"). The purchase of shares in the Period pursuant to the instructions, which are irrevocable during a close period, will be executed at all times only in accordance with the Company's authority to make market purchases of its shares.
