Share Repurchase Programme
William Hill PLC announces that today, it has purchased from Barclays Capital Securities Limited 700,000 William Hill PLC ordinary shares at a price of 378.9435 pence per share.
The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, William Hill PLC holds 1,200,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 884,442,986 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
