Share Repurchase Programme
William Hill PLC announces that today, it has purchased from Barclays Capital Securities Limited 600,000 William Hill PLC ordinary shares at a price of 324.1097 pence per share.
The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, William Hill PLC holds 10,890,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 875,278,668 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
