Further to the Issuer's announcement of 31 August 2021 (the "Announcement") in relation to the extension of certain security granted in connection with the Credit Agreement (as defined in the Announcement) to the Notes pursuant to Condition 4 (Negative Pledge) of the terms and conditions of the Notes, the Issuer hereby confirms that such security was released on 1 July 2022 in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement and related security documents.
