SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 9.  SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events through the date the accompanying financial statements were issued.  The Company is working on a construction project to reduce the size of the lake on the fourth hole to combat a chronic leakage problem that continues to cause high water bills.  The Company has installed new piping and a new pump for the lake and is reducing the size of the lake while putting in eco friendly landscaping.  The project began in November 2011 and is expected to be completed by the end of March 2012.  As of December 31, 2011, the Company made deposits totaling $90,000 towards these improvements which have been recognized as prepaid expenses and other on the accompanying balance sheet.
