- Subsequent Events	Note 8 - Subsequent Events Upon our evaluation of events and transactions that have occurred subsequent to the balance sheet date, William Kilmer, a board member for many years resigned from the board effective April 16, 2013. He has been replaced by Steven Miller, President of Agassi Enterprises, Inc. and Agassi/Graff Holdings.
