RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 4 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Due to related parties AAGC has advanced funds to pay certain expenses of the Company. The Company formerly owned a 51% interest in AAGC. At September 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, the total amounts owed to AAGC were $517,727 and $471,820, respectively.
