RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 4- RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Due to related parties AAGC has advanced funds to pay certain expenses of the Company. The Company formerly owned a 51% interest in AAGC. At March 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022, the total amounts owed to AAGC were $543,334 and $531,378, respectively.
