The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Deutsche Post to purchase another DHL stake from Lufthansa Cargo Deutsche Post AG, which owns already 50,64% in DHL, is set to take another 25% from Lufthansa Cargo. The deal has been approved by the supervisory board of Deutsche Post AG in its meeting today. The contract has yet to be concluded and approved by anti trust agencies. Deutsche Post has to pay Euro 610 Mio (Euro 550 Mio including a possible future payment of Euro 60 Mio under a debtor warrant agreement).
