Deutsche Telekom AG received the following notification of voting rights in
accordance with ยง 21 (1), sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
on March 19, 2008 from Brandes Investment Partners, L. P., San Diego, USA:
'Pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, we hereby notify that our percentage of
voting rights in Deutsche Telekom AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on March
02, 2007 and amounts to 3,04% of voting rights of the Issuer (132,512,030
voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 3.04% (132,512,030 voting rights) are to be
attributed to us pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.'
