via shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 28, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 3.07% (this corresponds to 132657609 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.07% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
