has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights in Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 24, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 5.02% (this corresponds to 223276850 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
223276850 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.

U.S.A., has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights in Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 24, 2013
and on that day amounted to 5.02% (this corresponds to 223276850 Voting
Rights).
