On September 27, 2013, BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York,
NY, U.S.A., has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights in Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
September 25, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.08% (this corresponds to
137220030 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.08% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
137220030 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
On September 27, 2013, BlackRock Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St.
Heller, Jersey, Channel Islands, has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights in Deutsche Telekom
AG, Bonn, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights
on September 25, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.08% (this corresponds
to 137220030 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.08% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
