On 27 November 2014, BlackRock Group Limited, London, U.K., informed us
pursuant to Sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of
Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn, Germany, on 25 November 2014 has fallen below
the 3% threshold of voting rights and on that day amounted to 2.98% (this
corresponds to 135,295,353 out of a total of 4,535,571,247 voting rights
(the 'Total Voting Rights')).
1.49% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 67,589,749 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Group Limited pursuant to Sec. 22
para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
1.75% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 79,377,692 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Group Limited pursuant to Sec. 22
para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
Please note that the total amount stated above (135,295,353 voting rights)
does not equal the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This according
to BlackRock results from voting rights having multiple attributions within
the BlackRock group structure.
