1) On 5 December 2014, BlackRock Holdco. 2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, U.S.A,
informed us pursuant to Sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting
rights of Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn, Germany, on 3 December 2014 has fallen
below the 5% threshold of voting rights and on that day amounted to 4.997%
(this corresponds to 226,650,947 out of a total of 4,535,571,247 voting
rights (the 'Total Voting Rights')).
2.08% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 94,432,214 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Holdco. 2, Inc. pursuant to Sec.
22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
3.19% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 144,827,533 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Holdco. 2, Inc. pursuant to Sec.
22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
Please note that the total amount stated above (226,650,947 voting rights)
does not equal the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This according
to BlackRock results from voting rights having multiple attributions within
the BlackRock group structure.
2) On 5 December 2014, BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, NY,
U.S.A, informed us pursuant to Sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that its share in the
voting rights of Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn, Germany, on 3 December 2014 has
fallen below the 3% threshold of voting rights and on that day amounted to
2.96% (this corresponds to 134,417,083 out of a total of 4,535,571,247
voting rights (the 'Total Voting Rights')).
1.48% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 67,272,995 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc. pursuant
to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
1.72% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 78,042,855 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc. pursuant
to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
Please note that the total amount stated above (134,417,083 voting rights)
does not equal the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This according

that day amounted to 2.96% (this corresponds to 134,417,083 out of a total
