On February 06, 2015, BlackRock Inc., New York, NY, United States has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act) that via shares its voting rights in Deutsche
Telekom AG, Bonn, Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of voting rights
on February 04, 2015 and on that day amounted to 5.005% (this corresponds
to 227000251 out of a total of 4535571247 voting rights (the 'Total Voting
Rights)).
2.01% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 91119603 voting
rights) are attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
3.30% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 149737871 voting
rights) are attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act).
Please note that the total amount stated above (227000251 voting rights)
does not equal the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This according
to BlackRock results from voting rights having multiple attributions within
the BlackRock group structure.
