On 16 April 2015, BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., Wilmington, DE,
U.S.A., informed us pursuant to Sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that its share in the
voting rights of Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn, Germany, on 14 April 2015 has
fallen below the 3% threshold of voting rights and on that day amounted to
2.99% (this corresponds to 135595967 out of a total of 4535571247 voting
rights (the 'Total Voting Rights')).
1.43% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 64731667 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock International Holdings, Inc.,
pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
1.83% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 82930836 voting
rights) are to attributed to BlackRock International Holdings, Inc.,
pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with sentence 2
WpHG.
Please note that the total amount stated above (135595967 voting rights)
does not equal the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This according
to BlackRock results from voting rights having multiple attributions within
the BlackRock group structure.
