On 4 September 2007, CMI Asset Management, 8009 Strassen, Luxemburg, has
informed us according to sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that via shares and on 6
August 2007 its voting rights on Deutsche Wohnen AG have fallen below the
3% limit of the voting rights and now amount to 2.80% (this corresponds to
560776 voting rights). All of these 2.80% of the voting rights (this
corresponds to 560776 voting rights) were attributable to CMI Asset
Management (Luxembourg) SA according to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, no. 6
WpHG.
