shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, WKN: A0HN5C, have exceeded the 3% and 5%
limit of the Voting Rights on June 25, 2008 and now amount to 5.12% (this
corresponds to 1351910 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in conjunction with §
