according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its voting rights in
Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, WKN: A0HN5C,
have exceeded the threshold of 5% on December 9, 2009 and as of such date
amount to 5.03% (this corresponds to 4.118.361 voting rights).
Of such voting rights, 5.03% (this corresponds to 4.118.361 voting rights)
are attributed to each of these companies according to Article 22, Section
1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG in connection with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 2 of the WpHG.

that its voting rights in Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt, Germany, ISIN:
DE000A0HN5C6, WKN: A0HN5C, have exceeded the threshold of 5% on December 9,
2009 and as of such date amount to 5.03% (this corresponds to 4.118.361
voting rights).
