us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its voting rights in
Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, WKN: A0HN5C,
have fallen below the threshold of 10% on December 30, 2009 and as of such
date amount to 9.99% (this corresponds to 8,178,290 voting rights).
9.99% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 8,178,290 voting rights)
are to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
