has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its
voting rights in Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt, Germany, ISIN:
DE000A0HN5C6, have exceeded the threshold of 3% on February 11, 2011 and
as of such date amount to 3.01% (this corresponds to 2,461,000 voting
rights).
These 3.01% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 2,461,000 voting
rights) are to be attributed to the company according to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
The voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3% or more in
Deutsche Wohnen AG are to be attributed to Oyster Asset Management S.A.:
