informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its voting
rights in Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, have
fallen below the threshold of 3% on 22 July 2011 and as of such date
amount to 2.96% (this corresponds to 2,421,800 voting rights).
These 2.96% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 2,421,800 voting
rights) are to be attributed to Oyster Asset Management S.A. according to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
