Frankfurt/Main and Berlin, 11 October 2011. Deutsche Wohnen is no longer a
participant in the bidding procedure for the acquisition of the
LBBW-Immobilien real estate portfolio.
'We regret this development', Michael Zahn, Chief Executive Officer of
Deutsche Wohnen AG, stated. 'We will continue to pursue our successful
course of expansion.'
