according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its voting rights in
Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, have
exceeded the threshold of 3% on 8 August 2013 and as of such date amount to
3.03% (this corresponds to 5,120,523 voting rights).
These 3.03% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 5,120,523 voting
rights) are to be attributed to the company according to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG in connection with Article 22,
