Supervisory Board of Deutsche Wohnen AG extends the appointment of CEO
Michael Zahn and CFO Andreas Segal
Frankfurt/Main, 8 January 2015. Today, the supervisory board of Deutsche
Wohnen AG unanimously resolved to extend the ongoing appointment of Mr.
Michael Zahn as Chief Executive Officer expiring on 31. December 2015 for
five years until 31 December 2020. Mr. Zahn has been a member of the
management board since 1 August 2007.
The supervisory board of Deutsche Wohnen AG has further unanimously
resolved today to extend the appointment of Mr. Andreas Segal as member of
the management board for further three years until 31 December 2018. Mr.
Segal has been a member of the management board since 31 January 2014 and
is responsible as CFO for the areas Corporate Finance, Investor Relations
and Legal/Compliance.
