Frankfurt/Main and Berlin, 18 June 2015. Standard & Poor's (S&P) and
Moody's have upgraded their ratings for Deutsche Wohnen AG from BBB+ to A-
and from Baa1 to A3 respectively.
"The rating upgrades confirm our strategy to further optimise our capital
structure and underpin the high quality of our business model. The recently
successfully completed capital increase is contributing to a further
improvement of our credit metrics in the next years and is setting the
ground for future growth", explains Andreas Segal, CFO of Deutsche Wohnen
AG.
