Philip Grosse appointed to the Management Board of Deutsche Wohnen Frankfurt/Main and Berlin, 8 August 2016. Today, the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Wohnen AG has unanimously appointed Philip Grosse (46) as an additional member of the Management Board of the company. In his future position as CFO Philip Grosse will take the responsibility for the areas of Corporate Finance, Investor Relations and Legal/Compliance. He will take office as of 1 September 2016. “We are very happy, that with Philip Grosse we will strengthen our Management Board with a proven capital markets and financing expert. Together, we will continue our sustainable growth strategy successfully in the future”, said Michael Zahn, CEO of Deutsche Wohnen. Since 2013, Philip Grosse has worked in various management positions for the Deutsche Wohnen group, most recently as Head of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. Before joining Deutsche Wohnen, he was responsible as a Managing Director for the equity capital markets business of Credit Suisse in Germany and Austria. Philip Grosse has a graduate degree in business administration from the Julius-Maximilians-Universität in Würzburg.
