Management Holding Inc. has fallen below the threshold of 3 % of the voting
right of Deutz AG, Ottostraße 1, 51149 Köln on the 19th April 2007 and now
amounts to 2.90 % (3,321,380 shares) in relaiton to all shares of the
respective voting shares. All voting rights are attributed to JPMorgan
Asset Management Holding Inc. according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in
conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.
