The Supervisory Board of DEUTZ AG, Cologne, has appointed Dr Helmut Leube
(54) as the new Chairman of the Management Board with effect from 1
February 2008. His contract runs for five years. He will replace Gordon
Riske, who moved to the KION Group at the beginning of October this year.
Helmut Meyer, the company's Chief Financial Officer, is the acting Chairman
of the Management Board for the period October 2007 to January
2008.
