DF Deutsche Forfait AG: subscription offer deadline extended to 8 June
- Deadline extended for technical reasons
Cologne, 1 June 2015 - The Board of Management of DF Deutsche Forfait AG
has decided to extend the subscription period for new shares under the
current subscription offer for technical reasons from 2 June 2015, 24:00 h,
to 8 June 2015, 24:00 h.
The offer is designed to increase the company's share capital through the
contribution of bonds held by the company's bondholders (ISIN:
DE000A1R1CC4, WKN A1R1CC) and involves the issue of up to 3,400,000 new
registered shares.
The extension became necessary in light of the tight deadlines set by some
depository banks in order to handle their internal process in a timely
manner. These internal deadlines effectively curtailed the subscription
period, leading to orders from bondholders not being processed. The
deadline extension ensures that all interested bondholders are able to
participate in the swap offer.
The subscription offer to the bondholders was published in the Federal
Gazette and on the company's website under
www.dfag.de/investor-relations/anleihe on 18 May. The extension of the
deadline will equally be published in the Federal Gazette.
