office

Cologne, 15 January 2016 - DF Deutsche Forfait AG (Prime Standard ISIN:
DE000A14KN88) announces that Christoph Freiherr von Hammerstein-Loxten,
Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DF Deutsche Forfait AG, resigns
from office for reasons of age with immediate effect. The Supervisory Board
will continue to be composed of Hans-Detlef Bösel (Chairman), Dr. Ludolf
von Wartenberg, Dr. Tonio Barlage and Dr. Jürgen Honert. A new Vice
Chairman will be elected at the next meeting of the Supervisory Board on 28
January 2016. The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of DF
Deutsche Forfait AG would like to thank Christoph Freiherr von
Hammerstein-Loxten for his long-standing commitment to the company.
