Grünwald, 28 November 2019 – DF Deutsche Forfait AG (ISIN of the share: DE000A2AA204, ISIN of the bond: DE000A1R1CC4) announces that Mrs. Gabriele Krämer and Mr. Christoph Charpentier, both Members of the Management Board of DF Deutsche Forfait AG, today resigned from office for personal reasons and in best agreement with the Supervisory Board with effect of 30 November 2019. Both will continue to support the DF Deutsche Forfait Group as advisors. Attorney Hans-Joachim von Wartenberg has been appointed Member of the Management Board with effect of 1 December 2019.
