JPMorgan Chase & Co. holds 2.95% on GILDEMEISTER
By letter of 20 March 2008 JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, USA, has
in-formed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting
rights of GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689
Bielefeld, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% as at 17 March 2008
and amounts to 3.07 % which corresponds to 1,328,496 shares. 2.99% of these
voting rights (1,294,014 shares) are attributed to JP Morgan Chase & Co.
according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2
WpHG. Further 0.08% of voting rights (34,482 shares) are attributed to JP
Morgan Chase & Co. according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
By letter of 26 March 2008 JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, USA, has
in-formed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting
rights of our company has fallen below the threshold of 3% as at 20 March
2008 and amounts to 2.95% which corresponds to 1,275,420 shares. 2.92% of
these voting rights (1,262,709 shares) are attributed to JP Morgan Chase &
Co. according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence
2 WpHG. Further 0.03% of voting rights (12,711 shares) are attributed to JP
Morgan Chase & Co. according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
