BlackRock holds 2.995% of GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft
By letter of 6 December 2012 BlackRock, Inc., New York (NY) has informed us
according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of
GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld,
Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% as at 30 November 2012 and
amounts to 2.995% (1,802,176 shares). These voting rights are to be
assigned to the company in line with § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in
conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.
By letter of 6 December 2012 BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington (DE),
USA, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of
voting rights of our company has fallen below the threshold of 3% as at 30
November 2012 and amounts to 2.99% (1,801,212 shares). These voting rights
are to be assigned to the company in line with § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6
in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.

(NY), USA has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share
of voting rights of our company has fallen below the threshold of 3% as at
30 November 2012 and amounts to 2.99% (1,801,212 shares). These voting
rights are to be assigned to the company in line with § 22 para 1 sentence
1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.
