BlackRock holds 3.06% of GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft
By letter of 8 April 2013 BlackRock, Inc., New York (NY) has informed us
according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of
GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld,
Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% as at 4 April 2013 and amounts to
3.06% (1,839,355 shares). Of these voting rights 3.06% (1,839,355 voting
rights) are to be attributed to them pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1
no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.
By letter of 8 April 2013 BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington (DE), USA,
has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that their share of
voting rights of our company has exceeded the threshold of 3% as at 4 April
2013 and amounts to 3.05% (1,838,050 shares). Of these voting rights 3.05%
(1,838,050 shares) are to be attributed to them pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.
By letter of 8 April 2013 BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York
(NY), USA has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that their
share of voting rights of our company has exceeded the threshold of 3% as
at 4 April 2013 and amounts to 3.05% (1,838,050 shares). Of these voting
rights 3.05% (1,838,050 voting rights) are to be attributed to them
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2
WpHG.
