Release according to sec. 26 para. 1 WpHG
By letter of 12 May 2014 the Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway),
Oslo, Norway, has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that their
share of voting rights of DMG MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT,
Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has fallen below the
threshold of 3% as at 9 May 2014 and amounts to 1.41% (1,111,275 shares) at
this day.
By letter of 12 May 2014 the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of
Norway, Oslo, Norway, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that
their share of voting rights of our company has fallen below the threshold
of 3% as at 9 May 2014 and amounts to 1.41% (1,111,275 shares) at this day.
These 1.41% voting rights (this corresponds to 1,111,275 voting rights) are
to be attributed to the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of
Norway via Norges Bank according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.
1 of the WpHG.
