exceeded the threshold of 3 % and amounts to 3,04 % (235.093 voting rights)
on this day.
All of these voting rights (235.093 shares) are attributable to AMVESCAP
PLC, according to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.
All of the subsidiaries of AMVESCAP hold the shares for their investment
funds. None of the subsidiaries exceed the threshold of 3 % on a stand
alone basis.
