On June 04, 2007 , INVESCO PLC, London, Great Britain has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights
on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB, have
fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 29, 2007 and now
amount to 1.69% (this corresponds to 131217 Voting Rights).
All of these voting rights (131217 shares) are attributable to INVESCO PLC
(formerly AMVESCAP PLC), according to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG
in connection with sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.
All of the subsidiaries of INVESCO PLC hold the shares for their investment
funds. None of the subsidiaries exceed the threshold of 3% on a stand alone
basis.
