On June 14, 2007 , Harris Associates L.P. Chicago, USA has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB,
have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on June 13, 2007 and now
amount to 5.84% (this corresponds to 451450 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.84% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 451450 Voting Rights) are
attributable to Harris Associates L.P.
