Berlin, 30th June 2007 – ESTAVIS AG (ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3) has today sold its
major participation in a property portfolio for EUR 44 million to a
financial investor.
As part of a joint venture with the financial investor, ESTAVIS AG owned 50
percent of a large property portfolio with a total value of approximately
EUR 100 million.
Through the transaction ESTAVIS AG divests 44 percent of the portfolio to
its joint venture partner. ESTAVIS AG retains 6 percent of the overall
portfolio.
The divested portfolio includes around 600 residential and commercial units
primarily located in the regions of North Rhine-Westphalia and
Halle/Leipzig.
