On February 10, 2009 , Ms Kateryna  Lakhovska, Grossbritannien has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that her Voting Rights on
ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB, have
exceeded the 3% and 5% limits of the Voting Rights on November 21, 2008 and
amount to 8.78% (this corresponds to 710753 Voting Rights) on that day.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 8.78% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 710753 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Ms Lakhovska via Elliston Properties Ltd., Nassau, Bahamas.
