, Deutschland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB, have fallen below the 25% and 20% limit of
the Voting Rights on September 25, 2009  and on that day amounted to 18,54%
(this corresponds to 1501876 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 0,16% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 13012 Voting Rights) of Rainer Schorr, Berlin, is to be
attributed to the company.
