USA, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on March 13, 2008 and on that day amounted to 3,66% (this corresponds to
296120 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG, 3,66% of
