On October 09, 2009 , Mr Rainer Schorr, Deutschland, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB,
have fallen below the 15% limit of the Voting Rights on October 08, 2009 
and on that day amounted to 14,97% (this corresponds to 1212264 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 and Article 22,
Section 2 of the WpHG, 14,81% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
1199252 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Schorr from Rainer Schorr
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Berlin  .
