ESTAVIS AG / Strategic Company Decision

Berlin, January 6, 2009 – In a management buy-out transaction, ESTAVIS AG
has sold its majority stake (50.1 percent) in ESTAVIS Property Management
GmbH, Berlin.
Confidentiality was agreed upon regarding the purchase price. The sale has
become effective at the end of December 2008.
In the future, ESTAVIS will focus its activities on the business areas
apartment sales, portfolio trading and property development. The sale of
the participation leads to an improvement of cost structures within ESTAVIS
group.
Currently, ESTAVIS Property Management GmbH is staffed with 48 employees.
