On April 29, 2010 , Mr Florian Lanz, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB, have
fallen due to a capital increase below the 10% limit of the Voting Rights
on April 26, 2010 and on that day amounted to 9.009% (this corresponds to
860000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.629%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 60000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Lanz.
